Job Title: Founding Marketing Lead – B2B SaaS (Cybersecurity)

Our product is live, gaining traction, and ready to scale globally. Now, we’re looking for a founding marketing lead to help us bring CYBERR to every security team, red team, blue team, and aspiring analyst in the world.
The Opportunity
As CYBERR’s first full-time marketing hire, you’ll own our go-to-market strategy and execution. You’ll shape the brand, define our positioning, and build scalable growth channels — all while working directly with the founding team.
This role is for a strategic doer who understands the cybersecurity ecosystem and knows how to reach technical B2B buyers. If you’ve marketed to CISOs or HR or come from a cybersecurity SaaS company — you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute our go-to-market plan: ICPs, positioning, channel strategy, and messaging
- Build demand across content, community, paid media, SEO, email, partnerships, and events
- Launch and optimize campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement
- Lead growth experiments to test new ideas, channels, and messaging
- Work closely with the founders and product team on roadmap, onboarding, and pricing strategy
- Own the website funnel and help drive signups, demos, and conversions
- Build out our analytics and marketing ops stack (GA4, HubSpot, etc.)
- Help build and scale a world-class marketing team over time
What You Bring
- 3–7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
- Background in cybersecurity (strongly preferred) — ideally at a startup or product-led company.
- Deep understanding of the cybersecurity buyer (CISOs, SOC teams, pentesters, etc.)
- Strong grasp of growth marketing tactics across organic and paid channels
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent copywriting, messaging, and positioning skills
- Comfortable working hands-on and independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bonus: experience launching products internationally or building community-led growth
